x/y=½ 

or, 2x-y=0….(1)

(x-5)/(y-5)=⅓ 

or, 3x-15=y-5…(2)

By solving them we get,

x=10, y=20

So, after 5 years,

x will be 10+5=15

y will be 20+5=25

So, ratio=15:25=3:5
