Let the integers be X, X + 1 and X + 2 respectively.

Then, X + X + 1 + X + 2 = 210

or, 3X + 3 = 210

or, 3X = 210 - 3 = 207

or, X = 207/3 = 69

Then, sum of the two smaller integers = X + X + 1 = 69 + 69 + 1 = 139.
