The modern medical system, on the other hand, depends on drugs, it treats the symptom and suppresses the disease, but often does little to ascertain the real root of the problem. Naturopathy seeks to find the cause of the symptom and then treats it with natural changes based on individual requirement. According to this type of fo therapy, physical problems are invariably a result of emotional imbalances caused by the stress of modern life. Yet another cause of the disease is the accumulation of waste and toxins in the body consequently, a basic foundation of Naturopathy is that the mind, body, and soul are interconnected and cannot be treated in isolation.  1.
