a = 6 cm, b = 8 cm, c = 10 cm So, s = \frac{a + b + c}{2} = \frac{6 + 8 + 10}{2} = \frac{24}{2} = 2 area of triangle = \frac{1}{2} \times base \times height = \sqrt{s (s - a) (s - b) (s - c)} or, \frac{1}{2} \times base \times height = \sqrt{12 (12 - 6) (12 - 8) (12 - 10)} or, \frac{1}{2} \times base \times height = \sqrt{12 \times 6 \times 8 \times 2} or, \frac{1}{2} \times base \times height = \sqrt{576} or, \frac{1}{2} \times 10 \times height = 24 or, height = \frac{48}{10} = 4.8 cm
